Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Commercial Principles & Milestone Billing
At ELZARETH WEB FORGE, we operate with complete commercial transparency. Because custom web engineering requires dedicated developer resources and time, project payments are structured around clear milestone achievements.
2. Deposit & Milestone Refund Terms
Initial Project Advance / Deposit: Initial project deposits cover project discovery, technical setup, and database architecture. Initial deposits are eligible for a 100% refund if cancellation is requested in writing within 48 hours of payment and before active development has commenced.
In-Progress Milestones: Once a milestone (e.g. Design Approval, Frontend Engineering, Database Integration) has been reviewed, approved, and delivered, payments allocated to that milestone become non-refundable.
3. Requesting Project Cancellation or Refund
To submit a cancellation or refund request, please email Founder Bandaru Samuel directly at bandarusamuel62@gmail.com. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
